I moved to Hermosa Beach CA after I receiving my masters degree in Industrial Engineering/Design in Germany and founded my residential and commercial Interior/Exterior Design Company MM DECOR, INC. Projects range from small condos to 20,000sqft mansions on the West and East Coasts of the United States, restaurant spaces to a private night club in Beverly Hills.

I have nearly 20 years of experience as an owner and resource for friends and design clients buying, selling and managing homes and income properties in the US and Germany. My success is based on choosing the right property for the best living experience, resale value and/or income.

I decided to add my Real Estate Agent License to my resume so that I can share my skills in evaluating properties with a broader range of clients. The combination of my extensive design background and my strong expertise as a Real Estate Investor allow me to both help clients select the best property on the market to meet their needs, as well as provide the vision of how to make it their dream home.

My extensive portfolio of referrals from past and present clients and friends is based in my tenacity, attention to detail, perseverance, honesty and timely responses to the needs and concerns of each client and colleague alike. As part of a European-Asian-American household living and working in a diverse community, I have an understanding and appreciation of the needs of different cultures and nationalities.
